I started seeing Dr. Patel in July, and he has helped me address issues that have been ignored (and even denied) by numerous MDs throughout my adult life. He is patient, kind, extremely knowledgeable, and truly concerned with/focused on getting to the root cause(s) of health problems. He spent time listening, recognized my concerns, and affirmed them. Through detailed analysis of recommended labs, combined with my medical history, and current symptoms, he was able to identify the causes. Now, only four months later, I have none of the issues I had been dealing with for years. My one regret is not seeing him sooner. Thank you SO much, Dr. Patel!

She is so dedicated to each patient and extremely thorough in her approach to healing. I did a 21 day cleanse under her care and she was thoughtful, supportive, and provided helpful insight and observations throughout the process. Her style is easy-going and non-judgmental.

With confident assessment of blood work and hormone tests, I followed a supplement and nutrition regime. A few months later, I conceived naturally at the age of 44. Dr. Lieb has been wonderful to work with. I suffer from IBD, IBS, anxiety, and some periods of pressure headaches. Blood results from GP normal, so my friend recommended I try functional medicine to try and help me feel better. Dr. Lieb has been incredibly thorough and my IBS and headaches have significantly improved due to her recommendations. I am now taking a few supplements when I wasn’t taking any before because I didn’t know what would best suit me. It’s very expensive because functional medicine not covered by insurance but for me, completely worth the money. I encourage you to contact this practice if you want to feel better.

I have been seeing Dr. Maura for digestive issues for the past several months and am located out of state, outside of the NYC region. If you are suffering with IBS/SIBO I would highly recommend seeing Dr. Maura. I had been suffering with IBS/SIBO for approximately 18 months before seeing Dr. Maura. I had gone through all the standard protocol for digestive issues through my PCP and then I had seen several gastroenterologists across 3 major hospital networks. I had all the digestive tests you could imagine and spent thousands of dollars even with healthcare coverage (maxing out my out of pocket max). After 2 gastroenterologists at an Ivy League hospital network told me “I just have IBS and have to live with the symptoms” I was not willing to accept this and felt I exhausted my options in the traditional medicine world. I was skeptical of naturopathic/holistic medicine because of hearsay and that the services were not covered by my insurance company. I can tell you that the money I have spent with Dr. Maura has been well worth my physical and mental well being. The testing is expensive but I can tell it has helped Dr. Maura create a treatment plan. She ordered very targeted tests through one of the labs she works with and pinpointed the issues with my gut flora. I have been on a treatment program of natural supplements for over 60 days with her and have had amazing results that I was not able to achieve through the traditional healthcare system for IBS/SIBO. Do not be discouraged as chronic gut issues seem to be extremely difficult to diagnose and treat properly. I highly recommend Dr. Maura if, like myself, you have not received the answers you are looking for through the traditional medicine system.
