Why I Became a Naturopathic Doctor

As a competitive athlete in my teens and early 20s, I struggled with exhaustion, hormone imbalances, chronic Lyme, and nutrient deficiencies. Meeting my first naturopathic doctor inspired me to change my diet, balance training with recovery, and explore meditation and self-care. These experiences showed me how stress, relationships, environment, and lifestyle profoundly shape health—and led me to wanting to bridge traditional medical knowledge with a holistic approach to help others live healthier, more balanced, and fulfilling lives.

What Conditions I Love to Treat

Digestive disorders (IBS, SIBO, acid reflux), fatigue and weight concerns, high blood pressure and cholesterol, perimenopause and hormonal imbalances. And I love to treat kids!
